Barbeque Smoker Plans for the DIY Meat Smoker
Here is a good set of plans for someone who can both fabricate and weld steel. I wouldn't recommend this project be attempted if you don't have plenty of experience doing both. In the future (not sure of the exact date yet) I will be building this project and posting the pics and experiences for you to enjoy (read: laugh at!) so we will eventually have our own version of basically the same project, with a few twists along the way!
